I know, I know... This is a beauty blog. But I loooove our home and sharing decorating ideas and on occasion, my craftiness and DIY skillz.
And now, I loooove our new dining room.
Since I painted it myself (well, I did have A LOT of help from Brad painting the ceiling...), I decided to make a quick video for TiffanyDtv (my other, more random YouTube channel) and share some of my painting tips I've learned over the years that really make a difference.
Also, I give you guys a little peek at some of my Fall decor :)
...all of which is totally Waylon-approved.

Chandelier: Pottery Barn (they're 20% off right now!)
Paint color: Behr paint and primer in one, Cinnabark (flat finish)
Glittery gold accent plates: Pier 1
Pumpkin little covered dishes: Williams-Sonoma
Silver candlesticks: Pier 1
You have such a good taste !
ReplyDeleteI love it :)

ReplyDeleteThe glittery plates are actually VERY recent. Just got them over the past week and they were just putting them out. My store only had 4 so far! So naturally, I cleaned them out :)
@Anna
ReplyDeleteThanks! The dining room is the only room we have a painted ceiling in. It's probably going to stay that way :) It was a lot of trouble with the textured ceilings, plus, I like that it's unique. Might get a bit busy if we had it in more rooms. I'd really only do it in rooms with crown molding though.
Your dining room is beautiful!
ReplyDeletehello tiffany! your dining room is awesome! and i like your kitchen too! i see that you painted too, and i need to know how you did it? my kitchen is same that yours in the color oak, but i don't like it, i like black one, or expresso! thanks for your help!
ReplyDeleteYour room is so fabulous!!! I love your style honey.
ReplyDeleteLooks beautiful :)

Hi,
ReplyDeleteI just want to ask if is there any possibilities that you could help, gives some tips about how .
I don’t have any idea about repainting or even purchasing the right materials to use. Still I want to try it for me to save money. I was like looking for Painters in Ottawa do the job. Still I don’t know eventually if how would it cost me or save more money than to do it my self.
